serviced and help you with the warranty process.
Your home will be automatically enrolled in a 10-year “Limited Structural Warranty” through either the “Residential
Warranty Corporation” for modular homes, or “Manufactured Housing Warranty Corporation for manufactured homes.
The team at Schaff’s Home Center goes above and beyond the industry standard for warranty service, giving you peace of mind
with a home that lasts a lifetime.
Please Note: Our competition may sell a product where the manufacturer enrolls your home in one of these programs.
Unless the retailer also enrolls your home, your home will not be covered for any defect that may arise from a lack of professional
installation. You should receive two separate enrollment booklets from your builder, and this is an automatic process at Schaff’s.
